You can delete your OhMyCalm account and the data associated with it at any time. Deleting your account removes your journal — thought records, letters and their audio, threads, challenges, and feedback — along with your profile (name and email address) and any registered devices.
Your account is deactivated immediately. For 30 days you can change your mind by simply signing back in — after that, the account can no longer be recovered and its data is permanently deleted.
Email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you:
Email: support@ohmycalm.com — subject line “Delete my account”.
We confirm and complete emailed deletion requests within 30 days.
Nothing from your journal. Records we are legally required to keep (for example proof of a purchase transaction) are retained only as long as the law requires, and are never used for anything else. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of how data is handled while your account is active.
